Personal Income Tax

You filed my tax return and I am owed a refund, where is it!? Please follow this link. You will need a copy of your return as it will contain information you will need to input into the IRS website in order to obtain your status.

I need to update my tax withholding on my paycheck. What should I fill out? Please download this form, fill it out, and turn it into the person who processes your paycheck. If you have questions on how to fill it out, please give me a holler.

Form W-4

Business Income Tax

If someone is performing services for your company, you need to get them to fill out and return a form to you so that you can give them a 1099 come tax time. Please download this form and give it to them. My best advice is to require that whoever is providing the services to your company should return a properly filled out Form W-9 before you pay them so that you can issue them a 1099. If you have questions on who is to receive a 1099, feel free to call or e-mail.
